Little Hoku Montessori Academy is a Montessori school in Kihei, Hawai’i. Inspired by petroglyphs found along the islands, the O and K in the word “hoku” mimic a child looking up and reaching for a star, or “hoku” in Hawaiian.
LWTech wanted a series of posters to advertise and celebrate their students learning non-traditional careers, such as women in Electronics Technology, Welding, or Machining, and men in healthcare services, like Dental Hygienists. This campaign won gold in the Collegiate Advertising Awards in 2016.
